• Developing and executing access strategies across key institutional customers and federal accounts • Optimizing coverage, utilization, and long-term access for Ipsen’s U.S. portfolio • Leading a team of Corporate Account Directors • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers • Supporting Value & Access strategy including contracting and value communication efforts • Collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders
• At least 10 years of experience/expertise in US Market Access • Proven experience developing and negotiating complex contracts within healthcare systems • Proven experience in driving improved access within P&T’s, pathways, EMR’s and order sets • Strong understanding of reimbursement (Buy & Bill), Medicare (Parts A, B, C, D), Medicaid, and commercial payer dynamics • Experience leading and developing market access account management teams • Bachelor’s degree • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or similar) preferred
