📋 Description

• Research clients’ business problems and identify potential solutions through IQVIA offerings • Support proposals and client pitches and collaborate with internal stakeholders • Oversee the design and delivery of advanced statistical and machine-learning projects, including predictive modeling, patient journeys, HCP targeting, and HCP alerts • Translate client business needs into analytical problems and deliver clinically and commercially meaningful interpretations • Manage larger or more complex customer projects dependent on AI/ML solutions, including timelines, project staff, margins, issue resolution, and project materials • Create, review, and present methodology documentation and PowerPoint presentations for client meetings • Manage, mentor, and teach junior staff on projects • Establish credibility and relationships with customers • Support creation of project road maps for deploying completed solutions • Contribute feedback to Product Owners for product improvements and growth • Help scope and execute new offerings and establish team best practices • Support internal initiatives involving project automation, standardization, mentorship, recruitment, thought leadership, and team building • Act as liaison between clients and technical teams to define use cases, prioritize requirements, and translate analytical concepts into business recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BSc, preferably related to life sciences, chemistry, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or computer science • 6-8 years experience • Postgraduate qualification in life sciences, statistics, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential • Strong capability in managing analytics projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables • Interest in GenAI/agentic workstreams • Experience in healthcare/life sciences with focus on strategic business cases for analytics services or products • Experience analyzing and interpreting patient-level data preferred • Basic ability to extract, transform, and analyze data through SQL/Python helpful but not required • Deep understanding of statistics/machine learning applications in healthcare/life sciences and the pharmaceutical industry, or excitement to upskill • Ability to communicate analytical and clinical concepts and problems effectively • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams • Experience developing relationships with senior-level managers and executives • Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industry issues and developments • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to storyboard and translate technical concepts into clear messaging for customer audiences
