• Optimize customer relationships with specific clients and facilitate relationships between internal and external departments • Manage assigned projects and client accounts, client relations, and brand management • Coordinate digital and interactive content and work with content experts to validate scientific accuracy • Achieve project goals and timelines • Prepare and deliver client presentations showcasing featured content • Drive long-term account planning, timelines, quality assurance, SOP creation and adherence, and budget monitoring • Monitor projects for adherence to and pull-through of client strategy • Supervise and train junior staff members as applicable • Manage and attend relevant internal meetings • Ensure timely, high-quality communications and deliverables, including thorough hand-offs to internal project teams • Adhere to SOPs and drive internal project team adherence to PIT Crew, Basecamp, CCR, Good to Go, and Weekly client update meetings SOPs • Develop and maintain working knowledge of managed products and disease areas • Assist with client pitches, presentations, and metrics • Manage faculty recruitment, engagement, and client relationships • Maintain regular client contact and ensure expectations are met • Plan and lead client update meetings, including agendas and summaries • Synthesize client feedback for project team implementation • Collaborate with Scientific Services, Interactive/Graphics, and Marketing departments • Track and report opportunities, milestones, and support requirements • Establish professional relationships with client stakeholders and understand brand/team outcomes • Ensure Simpson’s brand is represented and promoted throughout client interactions and deliverables • Promote sustainable service levels and efficient delivery of quality products • Provide data, decisions, and service delivery supporting client, project, and community success
• 3+ years of related experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare/life sciences-focused agency is required • 1+ year(s) of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare promotional role is preferred • Experience within the Oncology therapeutic area is preferred, but not required • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required, preferably with emphasis in Marketing, Business, or Science • Experience using Veeva is highly preferred • Must be efficient and skilled at using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.) • Experience with Basecamp or similar project management systems is preferred • Strong communicator in written and verbal forms with ability to establish and nurture client and internal relationships • Strong organization, time management, and project management skills • Ability to leverage internal and external relationships to benefit the project, client, and Simpson • Efficient and persuasive speaker and writer able to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences • Great team player with a strong drive and willingness to take initiative • Ability to travel to meet with stakeholders as necessary, up to 25% of time • Must reside in the same country where the job is located to be eligible for the remote position
