📋 Description

• Coordinate technicians and assist with their needs to complete jobs • Interact with customers and coordinate support of on-site teams • Assist field service staff with scheduling, coordinating work, tools, and everyday field-work needs • Set up and organize equipment and workstations • Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration • Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff • Provide on-the-job training for new hires • Complete other duties at management’s discretion

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated project coordination experience, including scheduling of technicians and interacting with clients • Active and unrestricted driver license required • Personal vehicle for local work-related assignments required • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds required • Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status • Position may/will require up-to-date immunizations • Comfortable with Microsoft and other industry-related data entry and platforms • Must have authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
