📋 Description

• Lead and drive all aspects of the project including initiation, planning/discovery, implementation, and closeout • Own, track, validate and manage project deliverables and milestones leveraging Project Management toolbelt including but not limited to: Project Charter, Project Plan, Status Report, Communication Plan, Risk Mitigation Plan, Decisions / Actions / Issues Log • Monitor project with day-to-day progress and communicate status to internal team members or workstreams • Manage project delivery process, scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and communications to drive completion of moderately to highly complex projects • Identify, manage, and escalate risks to project or program success as needed, including clear assessment of impact and recommended mitigation options • Manage stakeholder relationships and develop, execute, and maintain communication plans tailored to appropriate audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management, program management, product operations, software/product development, consulting, marketing operations, data/analytics, or related business functions • Problem solving • critical thinking • oral and written communication • stakeholder management • risk management • change management • facilitation • coordination • ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Experience with one or more of the following: Program management, Product Management, Workstream management, Consulting environment, Life sciences / biotech industry, IT systems / data / analytics / integrations, Digital Marketing / Marketing Operations
