📋 Description

• Collaborate with functional leaders and teams implementing AI tools • Design and recommend new organizational models • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for reskilling and upskilling the broader workforce • Conduct in-depth analysis and forecasting of organization-level workforce changes • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, HR, and technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or a related HR consulting role • Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business contexts • Strong experience in developing and executing workforce reskilling and development programs • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
