📋 Description

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans • Provide virtual therapy services to adolescents and adults across a diverse patient population • Conduct patient assessments • Provide ongoing therapy • Connect patients with community resources • Document patient services accurately and in real time in electronic health records • Use standardized assessment tools • Apply strong diagnostic skills • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives • Deliver behavioral health care to underserved communities

🎯 Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license required • Minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following independent LICSW licensure • At least two years of diagnostic experience • Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 13+ • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Proven therapy experience • Experience facilitating group therapy strongly preferred • Comfortable providing care to adolescents and adults • Must have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure
