📋 Description

• Provide remote telepsychiatry consults for inpatient and ER/ED settings • Treat patients across age groups, including patients ages 5+ in ER settings • Work 13–16 overnight shifts per month, including 3–4 weekend shifts • Work as part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team • Provide comprehensive behavioral healthcare to patients in underserved communities • Work with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels • Use advanced tools, including AI-supported systems, to streamline workflows and optimize care • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives • Focus on patient care while Iris Telehealth supports licensing, credentialing, IT, onboarding, and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• PMHNP-BC ANCC Board Certification • Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience in consult-liaison in IP/ER/ED settings • 2 years of consult-liaison clinical telehealth experience post PMHNP-BC • Telehealth experience required; EPIC experience is a plus • Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+ for ED/ER consults • Availability for 32 hours/week and 15 shifts per month • Ability to work overnight shifts during EST/CST hours, including 3–4 weekend shifts • Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels • Active PMHNP license in Texas preferred • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • Must hold an active PMHNP-BC license in the U.S.
