📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations • Develop individualized treatment plans • Provide outpatient therapy for diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders • Collaborate with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources • Provide virtual outpatient therapy through an Oregon-based partner • Deliver patient-centered behavioral health care to adults aged 18+ • Work within a multidisciplinary care team serving underserved and marginalized communities

🎯 Requirements

• Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon (required) • Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LPC or LCSW preferred • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week during PST hours • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels • Experience with rural populations • Experience working with marginalized communities • Telehealth experience preferred • Experience with SmartCare is a plus • Must have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure • Independent LCSW or LPC license must be valid and active in Oregon
