📋 Description

• Source mission-critical data center equipment • Plan, execute, and manage competitive sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs • Support mission-critical data center construction and expansion projects • Develop, implement, and continuously improve regional and global category sourcing strategies • Create process workflows focused on cycle-time reduction • Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Legal teams • Align sourcing strategies with budget, continuity of supply, and project delivery timelines • Identify, qualify, and onboard new suppliers • Track cost savings and cost avoidance metrics • Deliver data-driven reporting to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement • Proven experience managing complex RFx processes • Proficiency in developing standard operating procedures • Proficiency in gathering savings metrics • Proficiency in creating data-driven reports in ambiguous work environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams • Ability to present to executive stakeholders • Direct experience in a data center or infrastructure service provider environment is considered a strong plus
