📋 Description

• Serve as a key point of contact for policyholders • Answer phones and respond to emails to address customer questions and concerns • Provide consultative activities to ensure a positive customer experience • Provide exceptional customer service through prompt responses to inbound calls and emails • Aid customer retention through multiple contact methods and annual insurance policy reviews • Identify and process policy transactions and explain resulting customer impact • Assist with policy billing issues, payment plan exceptions, applicable fees, and alternate payment arrangements • Cross-sell additional insurance solutions and assist with policy rewrites and remarkets • Process personal lines E&S policy renewals and collect payment for agency bill accounts • Manage time effectively to meet department service levels and improve customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of consistent personal lines account manager experience within an independent agency environment • Experience handling multiple carriers • Ability to identify opportunities, ask for, and close sales of additional insurance products and services • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to prioritize and review, record, and organize data from a variety of sources • Working familiarity with Agency Management Systems • Active P&C Insurance license in the State of Massachusetts • Familiarity with the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) system • Fluent in Spanish
