📋 Description

• Lead and oversee complex technical and strategic initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. • Own delivery of projects through successful completion, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, budget, and business objectives. • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies in collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. • Drive prioritization and sequencing of work in alignment with business goals and organizational priorities. • Build strong partnerships across teams and influence decisions and outcomes. • Mentor less experienced project managers and team members on project delivery practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrated technical project management experience across a variety of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) • Proven executive presentation skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive teams, lead high-visibility project updates, and communicate recommendations, tradeoffs, and decisions effectively. • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, competing priorities, and shifting business demands. • Ability to clearly articulate project strategy, scope, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with broader business goals, organizational priorities, and stakeholder expectations. • Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority to drive alignment, accountability, and consensus. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate challenges, and develop practical solutions in partnership with stakeholders. • Strong change leadership skills in complex organizational environments. • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to enhance project management practices, including planning, reporting, risk analysis, stakeholder communications, meeting summaries, and decision support. • PMP Certification is required. • Agile certification (Scrum Master/Product Owner/Agile Certified Professional) is preferred. • Experience working with AI tools or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
