📋 Description

• Manage and maintain Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and business metadata repositories • Define, document, and maintain business glossaries and standardized data definitions • Establish and monitor data quality rules, controls, and validation processes • Develop and publish data quality dashboards and reports • Analyze data quality issues and coordinate remediation efforts • Monitor data quality trends and identify root causes of issues • Partner with business users to understand data requirements and governance needs • Support governance forums, working groups, and stewardship activities • Ensure compliance with enterprise data standards and governance policies • Assist with regulatory, audit, and compliance reporting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, or Data Quality Management • Strong experience with: • Data Quality Rule Management • Data Quality Reporting • Business Metadata Documentation • Critical Data Elements (CDEs) • Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra or similar platforms) • Experience working in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
