📋 Description

• Design, configure, and support SAP BRIM and SAP FICA solutions • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications • Configure and support FICA processes, including contract accounts, invoicing, payments, collections, and dispute management • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP technical teams, and integration teams • Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Conduct impact assessments and recommend process improvements • Provide production support and troubleshoot complex functional issues • Prepare functional documentation, business process flows, and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of SAP consulting experience • Strong experience in SAP BRIM modules, including SAP Convergent Charging (CC), SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM), and SAP FICA • Hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue management processes • Experience with SAP integrations involving S/4HANA, CRM, and other upstream/downstream systems • Strong understanding of functional design, configuration, and testing methodologies • Experience supporting implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments preferred • Prior experience in Telecom, Utilities, Media, Subscription, or Consumption-Based Billing industries preferred • SAP BRIM and/or FICA certification is a plus • Experience working in Agile project environments preferred
