๐ Description
โข Review investigative reports, interviews, and record checks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. โข Ensure all work products meet customer and contract requirements prior to submission. โข Partner with Investigators and Record Searchers to clarify requirements and resolve deficiencies. โข Provide coaching and guidance regarding investigative standards and documentation requirements. โข Identify recurring trends, errors, omissions, and quality concerns. โข Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to develop educational and corrective action initiatives. โข Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall program quality. โข Maintain established quality, timeliness, and production standards. โข Assist management with quality reporting and trend analysis.

โข Security Clearance: Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R or HT โข DHS experience highly desired
