📋 Description

• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements • Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholders for each engagement • Manage the toughest and highest-visibility projects in the portfolio • Act as a consultative partner to clients by anticipating problems, guiding decisions, and protecting outcomes • Set and enforce delivery standards, processes, tooling, and artifacts • Maintain backlogs, schedules, status reporting, and governance • Mentor and develop other project managers and delivery team members • Serve as a subject-matter expert and role model for project management • Manage billable/utilization targets while balancing several clients • Lead complex, multi-client delivery within the professional services practice

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of project management experience in professional services or consulting delivery • 6 years running multiple concurrent client engagements • Demonstrated success leading complex, high-risk, or high-visibility projects to successful outcomes • Strong command of traditional and agile delivery, including backlog management, iteration planning, and product-owner collaboration • Fluency in Jira and Confluence • Track record of following and enforcing standard delivery processes • Comfort in a lean, fast-changing environment and ability to build structure where needed • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or comparable agile credential preferred • Atlassian accreditations, including Jira, Confluence, or relevant technical accreditations, preferred • Relevant AI-delivery or tooling accreditations preferred • Willingness to participate in and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing • Must be authorized to work in the United States
