📋 Description

• Collaborate on complex problems independently and as part of a team • Write and optimize R, Python, or SQL scripts for effective data processing • Adapt existing tools and methods to evolving needs • Balance workloads across various projects • Apply machine learning and statistical skills to inform data-driven decisions • Collect, aggregate, and manipulate data from multiple sources • Apply analytical techniques to derive insights • Create clear visualizations and reports • Engage with internal and external teams to clarify requirements and address challenges • Develop tailored solutions • Document project status and updates in tools such as JIRA • Translate complex findings into accessible written reports and presentations • Participate in team discussions to support collaboration and problem-solving • Perform reporting, coding, debugging, development, and methods work

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or social science field • 1+ year coding in SQL or Python • Introductory knowledge of Analytics, Statistics, and AI coding tools • Exceptional written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders at all levels • Proactive and curious • Experience with analytical and data processing software such as AWS S3, Snowflake, and Databricks (preferred) • Prior role in the Ad Tech industry (preferred) • Critical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, issue identification, willingness to ask questions, time management, focus and prioritization, and teamwork
