📋 Description

• Conduct business analyses using descriptive analytics, machine learning, statistical methods, and other data science techniques • Develop and implement measurement frameworks for evaluating marketing campaigns and their impact on brand perception, engagement, and revenue growth • Apply experimentation, statistical testing, and causal inference techniques to measure outcomes, validate hypotheses, and guide business optimizations • Analyze marketing and business performance data to identify trends and generate actionable insights • Develop data science solutions using advanced targeting, predictive modeling, and dynamic content personalization • Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, sales, and leadership teams • Present findings, recommendations, and analytical results to stakeholders • Attend internal practice community meetings and itD networking events • Collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership • Complete client case studies and learning material • Build materials for the Digital Transformation practice • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field • Bachelor's degree with a strong foundation in statistics or a related quantitative discipline • Demonstrated ability to conduct impactful business analysis using descriptive analytics, machine learning, or related data science techniques • Familiarity with machine learning or causal inference concepts and their practical applications • Familiarity with statistical testing, experimental design, and the statistical principles underlying testing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate analytical findings clearly • Direct W2 employment required • No sponsorship available
