âą Support the planning and execution of large-scale corporate conferences and experiential events. âą Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agency partners, production vendors, and content leads. âą Attend regular internal practice community meetings. âą Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). âą Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. âą Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). âą Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. âą Lead the project management of creative and design partners responsible for event branding. âą Develop and maintain comprehensive signage placement plans for conference venues. âą Monitor project plans and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs. âą Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and status updates to maintain alignment across teams.
âą Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field. âą 5+ years of experience planning and executing large-scale corporate conferences, user conferences, or enterprise events. âą Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional project plans and multiple stakeholders. âą Experience working with creative agencies, production companies, AV vendors, and event suppliers. âą Strong understanding of event branding, signage production, wayfinding, and attendee experience design. âą Familiarity with conference content development processes, including speaker management and agenda planning. âą Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. âą Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines. âą Willingness to travel and support onsite event execution.
