📋 Description

• Support onboarding, transfers, and terminations and associated system access processes • Document current processes and identify areas for improvement • Work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues • Perform additional sales operations tasks as assigned • Attend regular internal practice community meetings • Collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership • Complete client case studies and learning materials, including blogs and media material • Build materials for the Digital Transformation practice • Attend internal itD networking events • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales Support or Salesforce.com Administration • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration or Database Administration • Advanced Excel skills • Bachelor's Degree • Eager to learn • W2 employment arrangement • Ability to work remotely in the USA
