📋 Description

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to support federal program requirements • Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies • Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM functionality • Design, develop, and support ServiceNow portals and web-based user experiences • Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to implement scalable, standards-based solutions • Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards • Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow defects and production issues • Ensure configurations and customizations align with federal standards and best practices • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team • Support and enhance ITSM knowledge enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong experience developing custom ServiceNow applications • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development (Service Portal and/or UI Builder) • Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) • Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments • Bachelor’s degree • ServiceNow CSA and CAD or CIS certification • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS): CIS – IT Service Management (ITSM) • Strong experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, and user experience design • Experience configuring ITSM module • Familiarity with ServiceNow data model and performance optimization • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
