• 4+ years of ServiceNow development/consulting experience • Demonstrated proficiency with AI/LLM tools • Strong prompt engineering skills • Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and governance • Ability to review and validate AI-generated code • Strong communication skills • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • Experience with LLM APIs (preferred) • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development practices (bonus)
