📋 Description

• Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes and demos for business development, capture, and proposal lifecycles • Engage with and contribute to the ServiceNow community through forums, events, and thought leadership • Develop a strategic plan to strengthen iTech AG’s position as a ServiceNow Elite Partner and advise on PLAs and Specializations • Lead the innovation lab exploring ServiceNow technologies including AI, IoT, and blockchain • Advise on the strategic use of ServiceNow across current programs and prospective customers • Create proposal content demonstrating iTech AG’s capabilities and value proposition • Mentor senior technical staff on ServiceNow development and best practices • Work with Marketing to produce videos showcasing ServiceNow success stories, capabilities, and innovations • Own iTech AG’s ServiceNow instances and evaluate and integrate new modules and features • Monitor ServiceNow trends, best practices, and new features • Travel 25% for proposal, capture, and business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a focus on ServiceNow Solution Design • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform • Demonstrated experience in leading IT modernization • Strong background in ServiceNow proposals and projects • Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions • ITIL certification and best practices experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Experience with ServiceNow implementations following agile methodologies • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect credential • U.S. Citizenship required
