📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing implementation projects on time, within scope, and on budget • Coordinate internal resources and drive accountability across cross-functional teams • Execute projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Forecast revenue, manage margins, and maintain project financial health • Define success criteria and objectives with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility • Secure and allocate resources and maintain detailed project plans • Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes; track and report project performance • Lead customer-facing status meetings and produce status reports • Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and dependencies • Maintain comprehensive project documentation • Collaborate with project management peers to improve processes • Build customer relationships supporting future sales opportunities • Create and present project dashboards to internal and external stakeholders • Serve in a customer-facing, billable capacity • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience (5+ years relevant work) • Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills • Enterprise software delivery experience, including deploying enterprise software in SaaS and on-premises environments, including hybrid architectures • Working knowledge of databases, application gateways, site-to-site VPN tunnels, SSO/identity providers, and secrets management • Ability to communicate credibly with customer infrastructure, security, and network teams • Ability to identify and escalate customer-side blockers affecting delivery timelines • Excellent written, verbal, client-facing, and internal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience with change-management processes for professional services projects • Ability to manage multiple high-profile workstreams in parallel • PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred • External and internal customer-relationship management experience preferred • Experience creating or reviewing professional services SOWs preferred
