📋 Description
• Own the structure, flow, and usability of the website • Conduct user research as needed • Create wireframes and prototypes • Create user journeys • Map user flows • Design information architecture • Conduct usability testing • Collaborate with developers on implementation • Interview users, run surveys, and observe behavior • Build personas and empathy maps • Identify user needs, motivations, and pain points • Conduct early concept testing using simple prototypes or mockups • Determine accessibility needs and constraints
🎯 Requirements
• Local to the United States • Experience designing websites • Experience conducting user research and usability testing • Experience creating user journeys and site maps • Experience improving website navigation and accessibility • Experience analyzing user feedback and making design improvements • Experience designing websites that meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
