📋 Description
• Pull and organize campaign performance reports • Turn campaign performance numbers into client insights • Build and QA audiences and segmentation in Braze and similar platforms • Set up, QA, and launch campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App • Spot delivery issues and anomalies quickly and escalate them • Track A/B tests from hypothesis to result • Maintain the campaign calendar • Keep creative approvals moving
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years in data analysis, reporting, or BI • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills • SQL is a plus • Sharp attention to detail and clear communication • A real interest in marketing • Retail or restaurant data experience is nice to have • Exposure to a CRM platform is nice to have
