🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of advertising experience • Superior design and conceptual skills • Highly proficient in adobe design tools • High level of comfort with using AI to fuel and refine your work • Excellent time management & organizational skills • Self Motivated, and comfortable working without someone looking over your shoulder • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills • A strong portfolio of work
