• Identify, develop, and onboard new large-scale customers for RxSafe • Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution • Identify cross-sell and add-on opportunities within assigned existing accounts • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipelines in HubSpot CRM • Work closely with cross-functional teams for customer success and implementation • Represent RxSafe at trade shows and conferences
• 7+ years in enterprise or national/regional account sales • Proven success landing new large accounts or selling into multi-site organizations • Strong consultative selling skills • Executive communication and contract negotiation experience • Organized, self-driven, with strong CRM discipline • Ability to travel nationally (30–50%)
