📋 Description

• Lead architectural discovery and assessment efforts for new and existing clients • Translate business goals, constraints, and requirements into clear solution blueprints • Partner directly with clients to guide technical decisions, establish feasibility, and build trust • Collaborate with Product Innovation Leads to align solutions with product vision and business priorities • Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight to delivery teams alongside Tech Leads • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best engineering practices • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across systems and teams • Contribute to defining user stories, technical priorities, and solution direction • Advocate for simplicity, elegance, and long-term sustainability in system design

🎯 Requirements

• ~ 3–6 years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or architecture • Experience working with clients or external stakeholders • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • A strategic mindset • Clear communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
