📋 Description

• Lead and support medium- to high-complexity projects and initiatives • Manage projects through the lifecycle from concept to launch • Develop statements of work, business proposals, functional requirements, project plans with milestones, and implementation plans • Define project goals, objectives, requirements, KPIs, and success criteria • Manage project scope, quality, schedule, cost, risks, mitigation, and stakeholder communication • Forecast project budgets and staffing needs • Lead cross-divisional, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams • Build and structure integrated teams, providing direction and motivation • Maintain communication with customers, stakeholders, departments, project champions, senior leadership, and management • Track changes and cost impacts for senior management review • Provide project updates, feedback, mentorship, coaching, and education • Identify and prepare proposals to close gaps and mitigate risk • Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and organizational goals • Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately • Follow safety, health, and company security policies • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 5+ years of experience • Minimum of 1-year experience leading projects or in project management • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer objectives • Ability to organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style • Ability to effectively present information to management and/or customer personnel • Ability to respond in a timely fashion to common inquiries or complaints • Ability to define, develop, and implement strategies contributing to company and group strategic direction • High performance orientation, detail orientation, market knowledge, and sound judgment • Ability to build and leverage partnerships, implement change, and manage projects • Proficiency in personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and email • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil software packages in an integrated system such as SAP • PMP Certification or equivalent preferred • Desired experience in a management/supervisory role • Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training accepted
