📋 Description

• Coordinate deliverables and report on large-scale, complex Data Center Infrastructure programs and initiatives • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams on program status, risks, blockers, and dependencies • Act as a technical advisor to cross-functional and engineering teams, proposing solutions and ensuring technical feasibility • Coordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies • Drive stakeholder decisions and eliminate roadblocks to resolve customer issues • Manage programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating schedules • Collaborate with factory-based PMs from RFP through NPI completion of FWT • Manage RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, document repositories, RFIs, and ECNs • Package RFP deliverables with the team • Mentor junior project managers as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical engineering discipline • 8+ years of data center and/or industrial technical program management experience, including design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, etc. • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, integration strategy, and system coordination • 5+ years of project management experience involving scope determination, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk and critical path management, cross-functional collaboration, and leading presentations with customers and stakeholders • Thorough understanding of dependencies and deliverables across the Data Center Infrastructure sector • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies • Familiarity with stage-gate processes in project lifecycle management (PLCM) • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Ability to present information and respond to management, clients, and public queries • Ability to assess projects, articulate risks, and develop project milestones • Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily domestic; international as needed • Master’s Degree preferred • PMP certification preferred • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Data Center Infrastructure preferred
