📋 Description

• Prepare tax returns remotely for clients working with Client Service Associates in offices • Communicate with Client Service Associates to gather information and ensure accurate, efficient return preparation • Assist tax professionals with tax questions • Help resolve holds, rejects, and return-management issues • Troubleshoot Jackson Hewitt software and process questions • Support and coach tax professionals with varying levels of experience • Work closely with the leadership team to support offices throughout tax season • Support Jackson Hewitt offices and clients as part of the remote team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Jackson Hewitt experience required • PTIN Certification required • Friendly and comfortable talking with clients and teammates • General Manager or Area Manager experience strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of Jackson Hewitt tax software, systems, and processes • Experience preparing and troubleshooting complex tax returns • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while being an active part of a remote team • Dependable, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Full-time availability during tax season • Dependable high-speed internet • Reliable cell phone service • A quiet, professional workspace • Consistent availability and responsiveness during scheduled hours
