📋 Description

• Submit clean claims efficiently and accurately for assigned clinics • Follow up on denials and rejections with urgency and clarity • Post payments and reconcile accounts • Communicate proactively with clinics • Build internal billing documentation and knowledge-sharing resources • Identify trends, payer issues, and process gaps • Collaborate on billing process improvements • Work with the U.S. Insurance Lead, Billing Experts, and broader Support team • Help shape Jane’s U.S. billing tools and services

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of U.S. medical billing experience, including full-cycle billing • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and workers’ comp • Familiarity with Office Ally, Availity, Kareo, Epic, or similar billing systems • Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and interpreting EOBs/ERAs • Clear and professional communication skills • Ability to build rapport with clinic staff • Legally authorized to work in the United States • No sponsorship available at this time
