📋 Description

• Build and sustain complex marketing models to evaluate marketing influence, spend, and KPIs • Own analyses from problem structuring and insight development through executive presentation and implementation follow-up • Support vertical market strategy through market sizing, ideal customer profile definition, and data sourcing initiatives • Monitor business performance against plan and diagnose unexpected changes • Forecast, measure, and recommend optimization across channels including Paid Ads, Direct Mail, and Trade Shows • Partner with leadership on high-stakes, ambiguous growth priorities • Build relationships across Marketing, Support, General Managers, and other teams • Create repeatable analytical frameworks and self-serve tools • Report to the Growth Strategy & Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in top-tier management consulting such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, or comparable experience in Tech BizOps, corporate strategy, or analytical roles • Track record of driving operational improvements and owning strategic initiatives • Proficiency with complex financial models • Comfort working with large and imperfect datasets • Ability to produce defensible quantitative answers • SQL experience or willingness to learn SQL is a plus • Hypothesis-led, answer-first structured problem-solving approach • Ability to break down ambiguous, poorly defined problems and build clear solutions • Ability to construct narratives, build supporting presentations, and present to executive stakeholders • Ability to make progress without a fully scoped brief and prioritize under time constraints • Detail-oriented, with work suitable for executive-level audiences • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across the organization • SaaS experience or exposure is a plus • Eligibility to work in Canada or the United States now and in the future without visa sponsorship or immigration support
