• Efficiently operate assigned equipment, including all company owned specially equipment • Train, mentor, and oversee Tier 1-3 operators in safe and elective equipment handling • Load and transport materials and/or heavy equipment when necessary • Perform daily inspections of equipment, identify any mechanical issues • Lead by example in adhering to OSHA standards and site safety protocols • Maintain comprehensive logs of equipment usage and maintenance schedules • Conduct in-depth equipment inspections, complex troubleshooting, and on-site repairs • Work closely with senior site supervision and project management to develop equipment deployment strategies
• Minimum of 4 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment • Valid and specialized operator certifications for heavy-duty equipment, including large cranes, pavers, and specialized excavation machinery • OSHA certification is required • Proficiency in operating a broad range of advanced construction machinery; expertise in fine grading and large-scale excavation
