📋 Description

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior marketing, operations, digital transformation, and executive leaders • Facilitate strategic conversations connecting Jasper's capabilities to customer business priorities • Help customers develop and evolve enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps • Lead executive conversations focused on outcomes, value realization, adoption trends, and future opportunities • Define measurable success metrics and build multi-quarter success plans • Identify, prioritize, and expand high-impact AI use cases across business units • Track progress toward outcomes and proactively remove barriers • Drive enterprise adoption by identifying new teams, workflows, and business processes for Jasper • Partner with customer champions to build internal momentum and lead organizational change • Recommend governance, enablement, and operating models for sustainable AI adoption • Orchestrate Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Education teams • Advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmap priorities • Work with Account Executives to surface strategic growth opportunities while commercial teams own pricing, renewals, and contracting • Manage complex executive-level escalations through concrete resolution • Surface customer success stories and best practices and identify advocacy opportunities • Bring enterprise customer insights back to Jasper to improve products and customer programs

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, or a similar customer-facing strategic role • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders • Proven ability to influence VP- and C-level leaders • Track record of leading organizational change or transformation initiatives • Strong business acumen connecting technology investments to measurable outcomes • Executive presence and facilitation skills • Ability to influence without authority • Comfort operating in ambiguity on 12–18 month outcome cycles • Hands-on experience with generative AI, AI transformation, or other emerging technologies • Background in marketing technology, SaaS, or enterprise software • Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations • Consulting experience at firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, EY, Bain, or McKinsey is a plus • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States • Role requires at least two years of valid U.S. work authorization • Willingness to address visa sponsorship requirements as specified in the application
