📋 Description

• Own the full growth P&L—driving CAC efficiency, LTV expansion, contribution margin, and net new customer acquisition. • Set the strategic direction for growth and operate with autonomy and accountability. • Architect and lead acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer, TV, and emerging channels. • Ensure integrated planning, testing, and performance alignment across teams and platforms. • Oversee all retention functions including email, SMS, and subscription performance. • Collaborate closely with our lifecycle and tech leads to improve cohort metrics, reduce churn, and expand LTV through targeted, data-driven campaigns. • Lead strategy and build the systems that connect media buyers, creative, influencer, and UGC teams—ensuring a high-velocity feedback loop between performance data and new asset production. • Collaborate across teams to oversee continuous testing across pricing, landing pages, bundles, and funnels. • Optimize for AOV, CVR, and full-funnel efficiency with structured hypotheses and clear measurement. • Build and maintain reporting frameworks using tools like Northbeam, Amplitude, GA4, and Shopify. • Turn insights into action and ensure teams operate from clean, trusted data. • Manage and mentor a high-performing team across paid media, creative, influencer, retention, and data. • Foster clarity, accountability, and a high-output culture focused on speed, ownership, and results. • Recruit A-players, level up internal talent, and hold the team to ambitious KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve profitably managed $100K+/day in paid media across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, and allocated spend based on CAC:LTV efficiency. • You lead through dashboards—building systems that give your team clarity on goals, levers, and bottlenecks. • You’re full-funnel fluent—combining acquisition, CRO, and retention into one cohesive growth machine. • You’re analytical to the core—living in tools like Northbeam, GA4, Amplitude, and Shopify, and turning insights into strategy. • You’re technical—you can troubleshoot tracking, pixels, attribution, and platforms like Elevar without waiting on support. • You’ve built and coached high-performing teams across paid media, creative, lifecycle, influencer, and analytics. • You’re disciplined and systems-oriented—structured testing, weekly reviews, and playbooks are your baseline. • You know when to scale, when to pivot, and how to filter signals from noise. • You’re always learning—benchmarking competitors, talking to operators, and sharpening your edge. • You’re competitive and obsessive—you wake up thinking about how to beat yesterday’s numbers.
