📋 Description
• Serves as strategic business partner and risk advisor to R&D and Tech Ops departments • Provides compliance advice and support to the R&D and Tech Ops • Serves as the subject matter expert and coordinates compliance and ethics policies • Regularly conducts compliance training • Coordinates and collaborates with Legal department supporting R&D and Tech Ops departments • Stays informed on new laws and regulations affecting the company • Assists colleagues with projects to achieve corporate objectives
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of relevant compliance experience • Solid judgment and business acumen • Understanding of R&D and Tech Ops strategies • Solid understanding of laws and regulations governing the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • Experience working across multiple functions and geographies • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, flexibility and collaboration • Travel required
