📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance and conduct research, education and support to customers • Act as a trusted technical and application resource for customers, Account Managers, and Product Teams • Support sales efforts by preparing accurate and compliant equipment quotations • Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of sales opportunities and customer interactions • Collect, analyze, and share market trends and customer feedback • Conduct live equipment demonstrations and trials • Provide on-site and remote support for equipment installation and operator training • Diagnose and resolve application-related technical issues • Prepare and submit detailed test and application reports • Support the research and development of new applications and processes • Develop and deliver customer training programs • Support university educational programs and technical conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food or meat science • 1-3 year's technical and commercial experience in the meat industry • Experience in a meat lab, internship in meat industry and/or a master's degree in Meat Science will satisfy experience requirement • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
