📋 Description

• Provide customer technical service and support • Perform mechanical and electrical installation and start-up • Modify PLC software on system controls • Train customers • Troubleshoot machine issues and malfunctions • Travel up to 85% domestically and internationally • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Comprehensive knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls in a machinery environment • Mechanical and electrical technical skills to troubleshoot, design and solve machine malfunctions • Experience with hydraulics systems and/or industrial bakery • Ability to travel up to 85% domestically and internationally • Ability to stand, walk, use hand and finger dexterity, and occasionally sit • Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl occasionally • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 pounds • Required close, distance, color, peripheral and depth vision, and ability to adjust focus • Equal-opportunity and drug-free workplace requirements
