📋 Description
• Own the entire Scrum Master function — building the team, raising the bar on agile excellence. • Match the right coaching talent to the teams that need it most. • Scale the function, deepen agile maturity across Engineering. • Drive adoption of AI tools across Engineering's agile workflows. • Identify and resolve systemic blockers across teams and value streams. • Advise Engineering leadership on agile readiness, team capacity, and delivery risk.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with 3+ years in a people management role. • Experience leading teams of 10 or more Scrum Masters. • Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and at least one scaled framework – e.g. SAFe. • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
