📋 Description

• Act as the primary EPM point of contact for Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics • Provide strategic and conceptual guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams • Collaborate with C-level, finance, and non-finance stakeholders to translate business objectives into Jedox solutions • Support organizational change processes • Design customized planning, reporting, and analytics concepts • Lead design and requirements workshops • Drive end-to-end implementation of scalable solutions and ensure measurable business value and customer adoption • Manage complex, parallel project workstreams, including timelines, resources, risks, quality, and documentation • Contribute to scalable Jedox solution architectures • Provide structured customer feedback and innovation input to influence product development • Coach and mentor junior consultants • Work closely with Go-To-Market teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years' experience in consulting, controlling, accounting or an operational business department • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to communicate confidently with C-suite stakeholders • Experience with software supporting collaborative FP&A or other EPM processes • Project management experience or experience working in a Scrum team • Strong service orientation and collaborative working style • Collegial, open and down-to-earth personality • Proficiency in English is essential
