📋 Description

• Support the Canadian Sales team through order management, customer communication, and day-to-day sales administration • Build strong customer relationships and maximize revenue opportunities • Answer incoming sales calls and respond to internal and external communications • Provide customers with updates on order and backorder status • Send order confirmations and advise customers on stock availability • Enter orders and manage backorders for the North American Sales team • Check stock availability and allocations across warehouses and origins • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely shipments meeting customer requirements • Liaise with Credit Control regarding customer payments • Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems • Raise credits and proformas and set up new customer accounts • Process returns and coordinate with the warehouse on receipt and system updates • Arrange collections where necessary • Manage sample requests from customers, agents, and Regional Sales Managers • Respond to warehouse queries and resolve issues • Support product launches and share relevant information with retailers • Help train and guide new team members as required

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) • 2+ years of experience in a sales administration or customer support role • Residence in Montreal, Quebec, within the territory supported • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and coordinating shipments • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office • Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus, but not required; training will be provided • Strong time management skills and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines • Experience building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities • Highly organized and proactive approach to work • Positive, flexible, and collaborative approach as a team player • Strong sense of ownership and results- and deadline-focused mindset • Highly driven, positive, and can-do attitude • Genuine love and appreciation for the Jellycat brand • Positive attitude and ability to have fun and bring energy to the team • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
