📋 Description

• Join the central Data Science & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, clarify the decision each analysis will inform, and challenge flawed questions • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through completion

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
