📋 Description

• Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, clarify the questions analysis should answer, and identify decisions to inform • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface analytical insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive decisions and execution through to measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employment • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
