📋 Description

• Join the central Data Science & Analytics team while embedding in a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, clarify the decisions analyses should inform, and challenge flawed questions • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface actionable data insights • Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion • Help advance Jerry.ai from 5M to 50M customers and toward becoming a $10B business

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Full-time salaried employment
