📋 Description

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok • Develop Jerry's community-specific engagement playbook • Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities • Build scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity • Leverage AI where helpful • Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for cross-channel consistency • Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation • Represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social • Experience ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category • Native understanding of Reddit, TikTok, and Quora cultures • Ability to write authentically and avoid corporate-speak • Strategic ability to build scalable systems • Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources • Proven ability to make boring or stressful categories feel human and worth following • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employment • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • LinkedIn profile URL and resume required for application
