📋 Description

• Embed within Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, questions, and decisions before analysis • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that move key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Currently residing in an eligible hiring location • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
