📋 Description

• Serve on the central Data Science & Analytics team while embedding within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define the business problems, questions, and decisions that analyses should address • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the recommended next steps • Drive decisions and execution through to measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
