📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Deliver an exceptional, consultative customer experience • Educate customers about coverage options, savings, and coverage gaps • Translate complex policy details into clear, understandable choices • Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind insurance coverage • Address customer hesitation and concerns to ensure a smooth, transparent purchase • Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail • Full-time employees must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for hourly employees; additional salaried locations are listed in the posting • Ability to work in the U.S.; application asks whether the candidate is legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting; the employer fully funds licensing • The application asks whether the candidate currently has a valid P&C license
